We steward exceptional places.
Derne Street Capital is a boutique real estate investment and development firm focused on thoughtfully restoring, repositioning, and operating distinctive buildings throughout New England.
We believe buildings are more than investments. They shape the daily lives of the people who work, live, and gather within them. Our role is not simply to own real estate, but to steward places that become more useful, more welcoming, and more enduring over time.
Founded on lifelong friendships, family values, and generations of real estate experience, Derne Street Capital takes a long-term view of ownership. We combine disciplined investment with thoughtful design, hands-on management, and a deep respect for the history and character of every building we acquire.
Whether restoring a historic landmark or reimagining an overlooked property, we begin with the same question: How can we build for the next generation?
